OUR PASSION IS BEAUTY
In 2017 we opened our first HLB in the Vllage of Port Jefferson with a mission to enhance the natural beauty of our clients and offer a one-of-a-kind salon experience. Our unique boutique salon offers an array of services which include all hair services, including our signature HLB hair extensions. Come try out our very own HLB handtied 100% human hair extensions. Our hair is top of the line, and can now be purchased by salons and stylist all over.
In 2022 we opened our HLB Spa in the beautiful waterfront Hotel and Marina in Danford's. Come treat yourself to one our signature HLB spa facial or massages. If your looking for something else, try one of our fully licensed estheticians, who are highly trained in eyelash extensions. Each artist specializes in diffrent looks so be sure to talk to our any of our girls to get the look you desire.
At HLB our expert stylists value the very best in customer service, professionalism. We strive to offer our clients a unique experience from the moment they step foot in our salons to the moment they leave.
Along with offering the best in salon and spa services, we are fully licensed through New York State to offer continuing education. This includes advanced Hair, Lash and Brow training for licensed beauticians and or estheticians who want to further their career in any of our specialty services.
To follow up we now offer an apprenticeship tailored to each students needs. we want to make sure our students feel fully confident before taking clients on their own.

NANCY PIAZZA
Owner | Stylist
Nancy has been in the beauty industry for over twenty years. She is an educator, stylist and body artist.
In 2017, Nancy opened Hair, Lash and Brow in the Village of Port Jefferson, New York. Her mission: enhance the natural beauty of her clients while giving them a serene and relaxing environment to get pampered.
Since opening, she has created a home at HLB not just for herself, but for her stylists and clients alike.
ABBEY CHRISTER
Lash Stylist
Abbey graduated from the esthetics program at boces. She has a creative eye and makes everyone she works on feel their best.
She is currently a lash stylist at HLB and specializes only in eyelash extensions. She is able to focus on quality, consistency, and a safe, damage-free application of eyelash extensions specifically tailored to her client’s facial features
KRISTEN DUNNE
Lash Stylist
Kristen has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years. She is capable of doing all lash styles and specializes in Y Lash Extensions.
Marissa Drake
Lash Stylist | Esthetician
Marissa is a licensed esthetician and cosmetologist. She started her journey right out of high school, after she discovered her love for all things beauty and self care. Marissa completed the esthetics program, and graduated from The New York Institute of Beauty. She was trained and certified in Classic and Volume eyelash extensions here at HLB.
Marissa is passionate about helping her clients achieve their beauty goals. Whether it’s skincare or lash extensions, Marissa strives to provide her clients with a unique experience tailored to their individual needs and desired results. Her mission is to make each and every person who comes to her leave feeling confident and beautiful.

Waxing + Shaping Pro | Tinting Expert
Rose is a master expert in brow shaping, brow lamination, lash lifts and tints, and brazilians.
Originally from Turkey, Rose has grown a loyal clientele and following here in New York. Her work and professionalism is second to none and she is always happy to serve her clients with the best possible service.
KAY BANDHARI
Threading + Tinting | Waxing Expert
Originally from Nepal, Kay has worked in the beauty industry for many years.
She is an expert in eyebrow threading as well as lash and brow tinting. Kay is also one of our HLB waxing experts specializing in brows, lips, arms, legs and more.
VALERIE OCASIO
Microblading | Tattoo Body Artist
Valerie not only serves as our sole body tattoo artist, but she is also one of our permanent makeup artists. Valerie always continues to attend courses and strives to improve her knowledge and skills so she can be the best permanent makeup artist that she can be.
Kelly Parsley
Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner
Kelly has been working in the fitness industry for over a decade. In 2016 she began to integrate fitness with healing arts as she instantly fell in love with the body-mind awareness that came along with practicing yoga.
Kelly is a 200-hour registered Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, and fitness Exercise Specialist, Ancient Thai Medical Massage. She is most passionate about guiding students to find and deepen their mind-body connection.
Victoria Politi
Receptionist
Victoria has been the face of the lash loft for over 2 years now. When a client enters the salon, her contagious smile greets you with a welcoming, “We are glad you are here!” feeling.
Rebekah Mennonna
Esthetician
Rebekah is a licensed esthetician. She graduated from NYIB's advanced esthetics program in September of 2021. She has always had a passion for the beauty industry and takes great joy in making others feel confident in their own skin.
She loves to connect and help clients achieve their skin goals. She is excited and eager to bring the clients of HLB relaxation and results through each service performed.
