In 2017 we opened our first HLB in the Village of Port Jefferson with a mission to enhance the natural beauty of our clients and offer a one-of-a-kind salon experience. Our unique boutique salon offers an array of services which include all hair services, including our signature HLB hair extensions. Come try out our very own HLB handtied 100% human hair extensions. Our hair is top of the line, and can now be purchased by salons and stylist all over.
Come treat yourself to one our signature HLB spa facial or massages. If you're looking for something else, try one of our fully licensed estheticians, who are highly trained in eyelash extensions. Each artist specializes in different looks so be sure to talk to our any of our girls to get the look you desire!
At HLB our expert stylists value the very best in customer service, professionalism. We strive to offer our clients a unique experience from the moment they step foot in our salons to the moment they leave.
Along with offering the best in salon and spa services, we are fully licensed through New York State to offer continuing education. This includes advanced Hair, Lash and Brow training for licensed beauticians and or estheticians who want to further their career in any of our specialty services.
To follow up we now offer an apprenticeship tailored to each students needs. we want to make sure our students feel fully confident before taking clients on their own.

NANCY PIAZZA
Owner | Stylist
Nancy has been in the beauty industry for over twenty years. She is an educator, stylist and body artist.
In 2017, Nancy opened Hair, Lash and Brow in the Village of Port Jefferson, New York. Her mission: enhance the natural beauty of her clients while giving them a serene and relaxing environment to get pampered.
Since opening, she has created a home at HLB not just for herself, but for her stylists and clients alike.
Bailey Crowe

From a young age, hair and beauty have always been a part of my life. Growing up with two older sisters who loved experimenting with hair and makeup, I naturally followed in their footsteps and quickly discovered my own passion for the beauty industry.
My passion led me to attend cosmetology school while still in high school, where I began building the foundation for my career. After years of dedication and hands-on experience, I proudly received my cosmetology license in 2023.
With 6 years of experience in the hair industry, I love creating looks that make my clients feel confident, beautiful, and their best selves. I especially enjoy haircutting and bouncy blowouts, where I can bring out each client's unique style while creating a look they love.
I’m passionate about continuing to grow as a stylist, learning new techniques, and making every salon experience enjoyable and personalized. Whether you're looking for a fresh haircut, a voluminous blowout, or simply a little self-care, I look forward to helping you feel your absolute best!
Jessica Corrado
Hair Stylist
Jess is one of our veteran stylists, she's been doing hair for 27 years. She specializes in creating beautiful, customized hair that enhances each client's individual style. Her specialties include blonding and highlights, custom color, color corrections, precision haircuts, and gorgeous blowouts.

Abbey graduated from the esthetics program at boces. She has a creative eye and makes everyone she works on feel their best.
She is currently a lash stylist at HLB and specializes only in eyelash extensions. She is able to focus on quality, consistency, and a safe, damage-free application of eyelash extensions specifically tailored to her client’s facial features

Hi everyone, my name is Nikki!
I am a licensed cosmetologist, and I'm so excited to also be working toward my esthetics license which I'll be receiving in 2027! I'm certified in lash extensions, spray tanning, and makeup, and I especially love creating beautiful, wispy lash sets and giving my clients that perfect sun-kissed glow.
What I love most about what I do is getting to help people feel confident, beautiful, and comfortable in their own skin. I truly believe that your experience matters just as much as the service itself. When you're with me, I want you to feel welcomed, respected, and completely comfortable being yourself.

Hi there, I'm Danielle Lynn!
I have been a licensed esthetician and makeup artist for over 20 years. Over the course of my career I have become certified in microblading and holistic health. While I've worked most of my career as an organic skincare specialist, l've had the pleasure of working in a med spa for 6 year, which strengthened my knowledge and skill set even further.
Being that I have been a working MUA for many years now, my main focus has been working with brides to get their skin wedding ready. Every MUA can agree the best makeup applications starts with hydrated, exfoliated, and healthy skin!
While there are so many incredible treatments that will help to achieve your skin goals, I really like to start with the basics. First I do a full consultation to learn more about your skin and what your current regime is. From there we will build your treatment plan and create the roadmap for a safe, effective skin health journey.

Originally from Turkey, Rose has grown a loyal clientele and following here in New York. Her work and professionalism is second to none and she is always happy to serve her clients with the best possible service.

Originally from Nepal, Kay has worked in the beauty industry for many years.
She is an expert in eyebrow threading as well as lash and brow tinting. Kay is also one of our HLB waxing experts specializing in brows, lips, arms, legs and more.

Valerie not only serves as our sole body tattoo artist, but she is also one of our permanent makeup artists. Valerie always continues to attend courses and strives to improve her knowledge and skills so she can be the best permanent makeup artist that she can be.

Kate has been spray tanning for over 5 years and has experience working with all different skin types and tones. She specializes in custom airbrush spray tans, tailoring each tan to your skin tone, desired color, and occasion for a natural, even, sun-kissed glow.
Wether you're getting ready for a wedding, vacation, special event, photos, or simply want a little extra confidence for the weekend, Kate's goal is to make sure you leave feeling comfortable, confident, and glowing.

She has been taking care of our website, posting our clients beautiful faces and advertising our amazing stylists! She graduated college with a Bachelors in Communications and Public Relations, she's been curating her media style for 3 years now.

Rebekah is a licensed esthetician. She graduated from NYIB's advanced esthetics program in September of 2021. She has always had a passion for the beauty industry and takes great joy in making others feel confident in their own skin.
She loves to connect and help clients achieve their skin goals. She is excited and eager to bring the clients of HLB relaxation and results through each service performed.
